Doors open at 6.30pm, you are welcome to come in and decorate your table from then on.
Prizes for best table decorations on offer.
Trivia will begin at 7.30pm.
1. How many people can I have per table?
A: Tables hold a maximum of 10 people.
2. What if I don’t have 10 friends to ask?
A: No problem, we can sit you with others at a table. What a great chance to meet new friends!
3. Can I bring children?
A: No, unfortunately this is an 18+ event.
4. Is this event only open to Allstars’ family members?
A: Not at all, this is a fundraising event so the more the merrier. Why not get a table with friends, family or work colleagues.
5. Can I purchase tickets on the night?
A: As per the Sporting Club’s COVID plan, tickets are limited, so best to get in quick. Once maximum numbers are reached, ticket sales will be closed.
6. How do I guarantee to sit at the same table as my friends?
A: The best and easiest way to do this, is to book a whole row of seats (10) at once. That way you can ensure everyone in your group is booked in the same row (table) as you.
7. Is there a theme?
A: Yes! The theme is music from the 80s and 90s.
8. Do I have to dress up?
A: No, it’s not compulsory to dress up, but how fun is a good costume party? Prizes for best dressed will also be awarded.
9. Can I BYO my own food and drinks?
A: No, there is a bar in the Function Room which will be available to purchase drinks from. The Steakhouse downstairs will also be taking bookings for dinner prior to Trivia beginning so why not book a table? You will also be able to purchase hot food items from the bistro downstairs and bring it up to eat during Trivia.
10. What do I need to bring?
A: Aside from decorations for your table (if you wish) and your inner music god, you will need some cash for the raffles available and games on offer during the night!
