Your Manager wil have for you:
*Meal vouchers – these are in the form of a paddle pop stick. One for a main meal, one for a dessert.
Players, coaches and managers receive paddle pop sticks to exchange for meals.
All other attendees must purchase their meals.
IF YOU HAVE SPARE PADDLE POP STICKS – PLEASE RETURN THEM TO YOUR MANAGER
*Rubbish – Your Managers will have Rubbish Bags PLEASE make sure you clean up after yourselves there is to be NO rubbish left at the venue.
*Photos
Your Manager will have all photos which were ordered by the advertised date.

Please sit with your team to eat in a grassed area.
NO FOOD ON THE COURTS

Presentation will be around 6.00pm in front of the club rooms. Please stay seated with you team until the end of the presentation.
After presentation return to your spot with your team to receive your plaque for the season.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL RUBBISH IS COLLECTED UPON LEAVING
