So excited to hold our first coaches clinic tomorrow afternoon.

We will start at 4.00pm and finish at 7.00pm.

Kat from Netspirit has asked that you all wear comfortable clothing that you can exercise in.
If you could also bring:
- Something to write with
- Something to lean on (such as a clip board)
- a water bottle
