Hi Volleyball Family,

I have been posting workouts for the track kids on team app daily. I figured I could send you some ideas as well to keep you busy and healthy during this time off. I miss you all, and hope you are doing well. Please feel free to message me anytime. I’d love to hear from you.

Today’s workout:

20 burpees
20 sit-ups
20 walking lunges (with Weight overhead If you have it)
20 pushups
20 block jumps (touch the floor and explode on EVERY ONE)
20 air squats
Repeat for 30 minutes

Score is how many rounds you get through in 30 minutes. You can do these together through zoom if you want to! Or we can share scores with each other for motivation !
