25 minute AMRAP
(AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible)

10 block Jumps
(touch ground and jump as high as you can for Each one… pinch your ears!)

25 Air Squats

30 sit-ups

100 jump ropes

Repeat cycle for 25 minutes… record your rounds
