Workout today, again

Okay guys…just for fun:

This is the workout I did today:

5 rounds for time:

10 burpees (chest to ground)
15 sit-ups
20 pushups
25 jumping lunges
30 double unders (60 regular jump rope)

My time was 20:30. Definitely room for improvement. I am writing my workouts down in a notebook and recording my score…. that way I can try and improve the next time I do it.
