You guys are gonna love this one…

Every minute on the minute do 1 burpee. Add 1 burpee every minute until failure.

For example:

Minute 1: 1 burpee… rest until minute 2

Minute 2: 2 burpees…. rest until minute 3

Minute 3: 3 burpees…. rest until minute 4

Etc. Until failure (you can not complete the number of burpees in that designated minute).
