This Friday Simon Oliver has kindly offered to lead a small group on a socially aware run.

Groups will be of 6 or less.

Jan and Brian have kindly offered to lead a second group if there is more than 6.

Can you please make sure you let the club know either here or on Facebook before turning up on Friday so we can confirm numbers.

The route is roughly 11km and is a mixture of road and off road with nothing too overgrown or steep in Simon’s words.

The run will be from Leo’s (Co-op on Three Elms Road for the younger ones) at 4pm Friday.
