Join us for a shorter run again this Monday.

This weeks route is a shorter than usual route at just over 4miles.

Meet at Hereford Leisure CENTRE at 6pm for a 6.15pm start.

No one will be left behind and the run will be at a relaxed pace suitable for everyone.

Hi-viz and head torches are advised.
