Welcome to Kayak Fitness-possibly the most besutiful workout in the world!

We depart from Manly Wharf, paddling to a remote beach for our mobility and lower body workout, with a swim/coffee if time allows.

Weather conditions will be notified by text the night prior and minimum 3 participants are required for each session.

The first 10 to book on this app are guaranteed a white midway kayak! Apologies, but if u happen to be late, your kayak will be given to the next in line, but don’t panic because the other orange kayaks are pretty sexy too….

Bring water, sunscreen, old runners, hat and a credit card if you wish to purchase coffee!

PLEASE NOTE, SIGN IN IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT!! Please bring your phone, which can be locked up safely.
