The OC Marching Band has been invited to bring their energy and spirit to the 10th Anniversary ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity for our band to support a great cause by giving back and showcase their talents. Student Call Time: 8:30am

We ask that the band/guard arrive by 8:30 AM to play pep tunes and provide a drum roll for the CEOs who will be taking the challenge on stage. The total program should be done by 9:30 AM. If you would like to stay and participate in the Ice Bucket Challenge, you are welcome to do so!

Important Information:
> This event is voluntary and not sponsored by the school or the district.
> Students will need to provide their own transportation to and from the event.
> Students must still arrive on time for mini band camp that starts at noon!
> There is a sign-up sheet in the band room for students to sign-up on so we can ensure we have enough students and instruments to perfrom.
> Students are encouraged to bring their instruments home with them on Friday night after mini camp. Those who cannot bring their instruments home, Mr. Cilone will have the band room open Saturday morning at 7:30am for them to come and get what they need.
> Students must wear their blue OC Band shirt, black shorts, leggings or pants, athletic shoes, black socks with hair brushed. (They may be on the news!)
> It will be hot, so hydrate and bring your own water!
> Park in the general parking area. See attached photos.

Families are welcome to attend, and there is no registration fee or cost to come!
