Coach Education Unit hosted, the Workshop for Provincial Coach Educators" recently provided an insightful session aimed at enhancing the IT skills and modern coaching techniques of our coach educators. This workshop focused on bridging traditional coaching methods with technology-driven approaches, especially online tools that can streamline workflows, improve communication, and facilitate effective data tracking. Educators were introduced to key digital platforms and IT practices to simplify player assessments, track performance metrics, and share real-time updates with athletes and parents.

In addition to technical training, the workshop covered contemporary coaching methods utilizing online resources for skill development and athlete monitoring. By equipping coach educators with essential digital skills, the workshop aims to increase efficiency and foster a more innovative coaching environment. This proactive approach ensures that our educators are well-prepared to lead the way in developing future athletes, with a goal of achieving excellence in every aspect of our coaching efforts.
