Coach Education Unit hosted, the “Level 2 Pre-Course Program Briefing” recently provided Level 2 coaches with essential insights into modern coaching methods and digital tools to enhance their effectiveness. Led by our Coach Educator, the session introduced coaches to contemporary practices that emphasize adaptability, player-centered approaches, and data-driven decision-making. This briefing encouraged coaches to integrate these practices into their routines, ensuring that players can reach their full potential in today’s evolving sports environment.

Additionally, our IT Executive conducted a comprehensive session on the digital aspects of coaching, focusing on using Google Classroom and other online platforms to streamline communication, distribute materials, and track player progress. Coaches learned how to organize resources and share feedback efficiently through these digital tools, enhancing collaboration and creating a structured, interactive experience for their athletes. This briefing equipped our coaches with the digital and methodological skills needed to advance the coaching process effectively.
