A comprehensive player education program was conducted for district squad players in Polonnaruwa District, focusing on leadership and team-building skills. Held at Royal College Polonnaruwa, the event saw the participation of 100 students. The program was organized by the Coach Education Unit and led by Coach Educators Chaminda Thotagamuwa and Sanjae Rajapakshe.

It encompassed both theoretical and practical sessions, providing participants with a holistic understanding of effective leadership and cohesive team dynamics. The interactive approach ensured that players could apply these essential skills in real-game scenarios, fostering personal growth and enhancing team performance.
