The Coaches’ Engagement Skill Audit Program for Super Province Central was conducted by the Coach Education Unit to assess and enhance coaching effectiveness. The session was led by Head of Coach Education Mr. Heshan De Mel, High-Performance Manager Mr. Ruwan Kalpage, and Lead Coach Educator Mr. Kaushalya Gajasinghe, with support from Coach Educator K. Karthigeson.
This program focused on evaluating coaches’ communication, leadership, and player management skills, ensuring they meet high-performance coaching standards. Through structured assessments, discussions, and feedback, participants gained valuable insights into refining their engagement strategies.
