The Coach Education Unit conducted a Girls' Cricket Development Program on 7th April 2025 at Ottusuttan MV, Mullaitivu.

This session focused on Goal Setting and effectively managing both academic classes and cricket practice sessions—key areas for young aspiring female cricketers. A total of 38 participants attended the program, which provided valuable insights into balancing education and sport.

The program was expertly led by Coach Educator Mr. Selva Kumar, who guided the players through structured planning techniques and time management strategies to support their overall development. This initiative highlights Coach Education’s commitment to nurturing young talent across all regions.
