Introcution to Cricket Coaching Course Interview Program in Matale District

The Coach Education Unit conducted the Level 0 Interview Program for new coaches in the Matale District on 10th April 2025, at the DCA Office, Matale.
The session was aimed at identifying and assessing aspiring coaches interested in entering the coaching pathway through the Level 0 certification. It focused on evaluating communication skills, basic cricket knowledge, and overall coaching potential.
The program was successfully led by Coach Educators Mr. Chaminda Thotagamuwa and Mr. Sanjaya Rajapakshe, who ensured a structured and professional interview process. This initiative supports the development of grassroots coaching talent in line with national coaching standards.
