This survey is to gather your intentions for Autumn 2025 season. Please note, the answers to these questions do not guarantee or lock you into a team. Your age group coordinator has full visibility of players registered in your age group, please do not build teams in isolation or make promises to players without consulting your coordinator. Nothing is final until the first week of the season as your age group coordinator will be building teams and finding a place for all registered players up to this point.

For the wellbeing of our volunteers we will not be entering into lengthy discussions about teams once team lists have gone out. It is the role of the age group coordinator to build teams. As a club it is our obligation to place registered players in teams. We will endeavour to take into account your feedback however the ultimate goal is to have full teams of registered players. The only things taken into consideration are players that are registered and if we can accommodate existing teams this is a bonus.

Autumn season runs over Terms 1 and 2, 2025
Children in the top age of their current age group will move up an age group
