Thanks to all who have volunteered to help at our upcoming major fundraiser for the year- our 50th Bunbury Open Carnival Sunday 20th October.

We still require helpers in following areas:
ANNOUNCER- no experience necessary. Megan will show you the ropes and your club needs someone to shadow and learn the role.
PHOTOGRAPHER- no experience or fancy camera required. A phone will do. Only required for a couple of hours in the morning.
CATERING DONATIONS:
1 person to provide 1 each of the following:
1 slice
1 Potato or Pasta Salad

RAFFLE DONATIONS- next drop off day TOMORROW 3:45-5:30 pm pool side.

Families not helping with other roles will be time-keeping on the day.
SET UP SATURDAY 2PM
We require many more helpers. Many hands make light work. With enough helpers we can set up in 1-1.5 hours max.
