February Conditioning

Hello everyone,
I hope y’all are excited for the 4th season of the NTX Devils. We have lots to build off of our Nationals performance last year.
I am attaching the off season running plan for the month of February. 4 weeks written for everyone to get their legs under them heading into the pre season and 9s competition. 2 days are a priority which are distance running and a 3rd “optional” day which is shorter distance but higher intensity.
We don’t care how hard you run these. It’s based solely on your current fitness level so you push as hard as you want but it’s not meant to be aggressive. Get your legs under you and build some aerobic endurance so we can get off to the right start come March. Also, the runs aren’t very long. Day 1 is 21 min including the rest breaks so it shouldn’t feel intimidating.
