PRESEASON RECOMMENCES – Starting 10th JANUARY
SUNDAY MORNING SESSIONS to continue – through all of January. These Sessions will involve group light running and fitness and move into circuit skill work – All based at Lemke Road. TIME 8AM
WED NIGHT SESSIONS will start on 13th January
- This again will involve fitness and skill work on a team basis, 35s/45s split part way through the sessions after warm ups. 6.30PM till approx 7.45/8pm
PROPOSED OVERNIGHT CAMP/BONDING NIGHT – This would involve some training during the day, Bonding and Dinner, with a next day possible game/training/recovery TBC end of January/Early Feb
FEBRUARY – BACK TO NORMAL MON/WED Nights 6.30pm start
Standard training with transition into more skill and game simulation training drills, tackle bags and individual skill work
Possible Practice Games in Feb and March before anticipated start of season in March/April.

There is no expectation to attend all sessions etc, however it is in your own best interests to get the most out of your involvement in our sport, to attend as many as possible and help with your own fitness levels throughout the year. Everyone will be in different level of fitness at this time of year, so if you feel your are not fit enough, start as early as possible, don’t wait till March, the time is NOW. #Noexcuses
