Students & Parents: Please make sure that your student RSVPs (not you). Please have this competed by 6pm the day before each practice. This gives us the ability to quickly view how many students we expect to have so we have the correct coach to student ratio. This is for the safety of your student and the rest of the group. If your student fails to RSVP and we don’t have enough coaches they might not be able to participate that day.

Coach/Ride Leaders: Please make sure to sign up on the Duty Roster (not RSVP).

Team Manager: The Team Manager spot on the Duty Roster is to know if a non-riding team manager will be present to help with attendance and parent questions.
